Device Installation Guide

Before You Begin

  • Ensure the vehicle is turned off before connecting the device.
  • The device LED should turn solid green once the vehicle is running and synced.
  • Devices check in once every 23 hours — the LED may blink during sync.
  • If the LED doesn't illuminate, check the connection and try a different port.
